RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your PreppyStyle online purchase, we will glady accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages must be shipped pre-paid, preferably United Parcel Service(UPS) . Your card will be promtly credited(less the inital shipping charges), and a return credit receipt will be mailed to your shipping address (Return merchandise after 14 days of purchase OR without sales receipt will only be given current store price credit, less the $10.00 re-stocking fee ). Holiday and Seasonal theme merchandise will be allowed for returns 14 days after the calender Holiday date (i.e. Christmas merchandise can be returned for entire refund up to 14 days after December 25th).

OUT OF STOCK MERCHANDISE
While we make every effort to maintain an ample supply of our stock, occasionally we run out of certain items or sizes. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your original order total and a revised total will appear on your shipping receipt. If your selected items are on Back Order, you will be notified by email.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Cancellation of a shipped order, or refusal of a package will result in a $25.00 service charge and restocking fee. Cancellation of SPECIAL ORDERED items will also result in a $25.00 service charge.

We do not, and will not, participate in cooperative databases, which give other companies access to such Personal Information. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a secure server, and all credit card information is stored in an encrypted format.
SECURE ORDERING
Your online credit card transactions are secure with PreppyStyle. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
PreppyStyle will email each customer's order with a UPS tracking number when the order is shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours during the business week and 48-72 hours for orders placed after 12:30 pm EST on Fridays for shipping. If item is sold out or on back order, you will be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order.
Signature Required on all orders via UPS over $250. Please make note that UPS Commercial may be a favorable shipping selection when in checkout.
International Orders- Shipping rates via US POSTAL will be added to your order.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard UPS Ground Delivery Residential or Commerical will be charged a flat rate of $7.95, regardless of your number of items purchased. All other Shipping methods(Federal Express, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air) will be calculated at the current set shipping rate (plus $1.50 priority handling fee )and added to your shipping charge.IMPORTANT Please Note: Your sales receipt will reflect the shipping rate that you have selected.*All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska, are subject to an additional UPS regular surcharge rate.
*All orders shipped to ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO must be shipped 2nd day air/next day air and will be charged STANDARD SHIPPING United Parcel Service rates. Shipping charges will be calculated and will be added to your purchase.
*Back ordered items, not shipped in initial order shipment, will be shipped at PreppyStyle expense.
